Recurring cleaning plans
Maintained homes up to 1,500 sq ft, 3 bedrooms and 1½ bathrooms. Larger homes, heavy buildup and extra work are custom-quoted. Applicable tax is additional.
Unused paid visits remain available for owner resolution. Refunds need owner approval; separately quoted extras are billed separately.
Our team schedules and confirms each visit with you. An initial deep clean, when needed, is quoted separately.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period. Plan changes take effect at renewal with no mid-period charges.
